President of the Republic of Kosovo, Hashim Thaçi, is not invited to attend the voting session of the new government in the Assembly of the Republic of Kosovo.

The only person seen from the Presidency was an adviser to the President, who was seen standing in the platform for guests.

Sources inside the Office of the Presidency told lajmi.net that the Assembly Protocol has sent just one e-mail to the Presidency Protocol, some five minutes before prior to the beginning of the session.

In previous cases, during the very first moments following announcement of the government voting session, an official invitation was always sent to the President of the country, requesting his presence at the session as the head of state.
