Regardless of diverse assumptions, seems that the counselors of French President, Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor, Angela Merkel, came to Prishtina with a very clear message.

KosovoPress Agency sources within the meeting that mixed French-German delegation had with Kosovo leaders, say that in all meetings with Kosovo’s institutional leaders member of the delegation have stressed that the Berlin and the Paris summits are not intended to take facilitator’s role in dialogue nor to replace the role that the EU actually have.

“We want to support the EU in reaching a comprehensive agreement,” they says at a meeting with the Kosovo political leaders.

A French-German delegation has visited Kosovo today, in order to coordinate first steps  in organizing the Paris Summit, which is going to be led by the EU representatives, French President  Macron and German Chancellor Merkel.
